CW: Health - Raynaud’s & SSc and iron
First cool-ish day since the iron infusion and the heatwave … bugger, the extra iron doesn’t seem to have helped the Raynard’s much.
Although, I have been able to cook (aka chop veggies) without an immediate loss of feeling and blood circulation, so maybe there has been a little improvement?

Why is this spring becoming my Raynauds season?!? Several episodes so far today and it's not even noon yet.
Now sipping a bovril with my hands all snuggly on the mug. Will have to break out the electric gloves if this doesn't solve the issue.

Well, of course posties can get #Raynauds disease too and may have to come in and lie on the floor clenching their teeth and vocal chords while they warm up while feeling returns and nausea subsides at this time of year so they’re safe to drive again.
