In der Tat droht allerdings in Kombination mit einem anderen Faktor in der ambulanten #Psychotherapie eine Rückkehr in die 2-Klassen-Medizin.

Während die #Honoraranpassungen der letzten 10 Jahre dazu geführt hatten, dass sich für mich als Therapeut im Kassensystem die Behandlung von Privatversicherten und Beihilfe-Empfangenden kaum noch lohnte (in Hinsicht auf Honorarhöhe und Abrechnungsaufwand), steht derzeit eine beträchtliche Erhöhung in der Gebührenordnung für Psychotherapeut*innen (#GOP) vor der Tür. Nach aktueller Gerüchteküche dürften die Sätze danach gut 20% höher liegen, als die in der #GKV gezahlten.

Das ist für die lebensstandardorientierten Kolleg*innen natürlich durchaus eine ziemlich relevante Motivation, wieder Privatpatient*innen zu acquirieren. Wodurch wir in die Zeit zurückkehren, in der diese binnen 2 Wochen einen #Psychotherapieplatz ergattern konnten, während Gesetzlich Versicherte 6-12 Monate warten und dabei nicht mal wählerisch sein können.

Schlimmer:
Teile der bisher für die Versorgung in der GKV zur Verfügung stehenden #Psychotherapeuta und unseres Nachwuchses könnte sich sogar vollständig in den Privatsektor bewegen. Angesichts der demografischen Lücke in der Altersstruktur des Berufsstands sowie die drohende Nachwuchslücke in Folge der politisch verbockten Finanzierung der #PsychotherapieWeiterbildung könnte eine Neubesetzung der bisher raren Kassensitze schwierig werden.

Insofern sind die Mahnungen der Verbände, dass die Versorgung der Versicherten gefährdet werde, eben doch nicht völlig aus der Luft gegriffen.

a) Converting gmi->html locally on my computer and pushing it somewhere, or
b) Trying to do the conversion on Average's server.

2) I'm going to wait for Xan to release another chapter, so that I can see how hard it is to update the new wiki.

3) After that I will manually check every page to see if there are major formatting errors.

Only after completing all of these steps will I shut down the original MediaWiki version of PTW. Until then, it will remain accessible at https://pandorastale.wiki .
