It’s great that Double Fine shared their retrospective/post-mortem for Psychonauts 2. So many insights into the video game development process in there.
If you haven’t watched the other 32 episodes of PsychOdyssey, you should do that first. That’s documenting the process of making video games on a whole new level.

I've just finished watching the #Psychodyssey documentary by #Doublefine & #2PlayerProductions . Would recommend for anybody interested in how game studios actually run, and anybody who's a Doublefine / Lucas / Tim Schafer etc fan.
Growing up, I expected to become a game programmer at some big studio but fell down other rabbit holes and never got there. Seeing how much stress and pressure piles on to everybody involved, how creative projects become "products" with deadlines, I might be glad! 😐

The #DoubleFine #PsychOdyssey series on YouTube is just incredible. The Double Fine Adventure series, also by #2PP, was great, too, but the mix of things going on in this one is so engrossing.
