Taking inspiration from Ammonites for today's #inkyDays drawing. I liked it so much that I tried some on watercolor paper, too.

So much joy....this is how I feel when a project is going well. Playing. Experimenting. Iterating.
True, I create a lot of my art with code. But for years, I've been alternating between code+data and tactile creation. Including recent experiments with carving and printing linocut works.
Whatever you work on, you should be feeling joy like this. Maybe not every day, but at least some times.

Genuary 2026 Day 6: "Lights on/off. Make something that changes when you switch on or off the “digital” lights."
For this one, I redrew parts of a colorful image as greyscale. The result turned out a bit subtle.
