  1. Soms zijn andere sensoren net iets beter
Om je uiteindelijke doel te bereiken
Je hoeft er niet meer naar om te kijken
En maakt de ervaring een stuk completer

  2. Please don't judge my cabling but I am quite desperate. I got this LD2420 presence sensor working quickly using this library: https://github.com/NaeviusUAV/EasyLD2420

Changed my code several times, rebooted the ESP etc. etc. - then suddenly it stopped working. Cables are connected correctly but also tried other combinations, too (PIN layout seems to depend on firmware version).

Some research showed many people having issues with this one but could not find a solution, often the fault was Homematic or ESPHome.

Even tried a second LD2420 - no difference.

Ooooh - maybe I broke the ESP's UART?

  4. Hey #HomeAssistant bubble, I think I need your help.

    I use this #Linptech #PresenceSensor via ZHA: linptech.org/24ghz-millimeter-

I know it's not fully supported but until a few weeks ago it worked pretty much perfect. Then it started to detect something sometimes when nobody is there.

Now it looks more like the screenshot. Over hours presence is detected even when nobody is at home.

If I unmount it and cover it with something nothing is detected so the sensor seems to be "fine".

For extra context: it's in the kitchen and "looks" in the direction of the window. Nothing has changed in this room before the problems started to occur.
