Умный дом, который начался не с лампочек, а с вентиляции

Все началось не с желания построить «умный дом», а с обычной вентиляции. После переезда в новую квартиру я хотел решить одну конкретную задачу — обеспечить нормальный воздухообмен и контроль качества воздуха. Но приточная установка с RS-485 быстро потянула за собой остальное: контроль CO₂, защиту от протечек, управление светом и шторами, Алису, Zigbee и планы на Home Assistant. В статье расскажу, как из управления приточкой постепенно выросла автоматизация всей квартиры, какие решения пришлось добавлять уже после ремонта и с какими особенностями RS-485 я столкнулся на практике.

J'ai finalement implémenté une approche par apprentissage (random forest) pour prévoir (on dit inférer) l'évolution de la température des capteurs de température intérieur et extérieur à partir des données de prévision météo locales et de la position du soleil.
L'idée est de pouvoir estimer l'heure à laquelle on va pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres. J'ai déjà une alarme qui me réveille quand c'est le cas, mais je suis content d'avoir une vague idée en me couchant de l'heure de ce réveil.

Évidemment, avec 10 jours de données, pour l'instant le modèle est un peu spécialisé en début de canicules, mais plus on va avancer, plus j'aurai de données collectées pour améliorer le modèle.

Got a new #zigbee plug for my dishwasher . I added it to washdata , but after a couple of cycles the used energy measured by the power meter was not correct. Luckily since 0.51 , you can now use the energy tracker from your zigbee plug instead of the power meter. Consumption went from 0.3 kWh to 0.5kWh for one cycle, which makes much more sense. #homeassistant

Hmm da die ganzen günstigen und mit Akku's statt mit Knopfzellen betriebenen Ikea Sensoren inzwischen Matter over Thread nutzen wird man sich damit wohl mal auseinandersetzen müssen. Wenn ich aber schon sehe das iich dann wieder einen extra Container für den Open Thread Boarder Router und für den Matter Server brauche, man dabei auch noch Fallstricke mit IPv6 umschiffen muss, dann Frage ich mich wo da der Vorteil zu normalem Zigbee sein soll. Dazu brauche ich natürlich noch einen weiteren Funk Stick weil das ganze MultiPan zeug und Geräte mit mehreren Radios wohl nur mehr schlecht als recht funktionieren. Zumindest ist das mein Eindruck wenn ich mal so durchs Home Assistant Forum gucke. #matter #homeassistant #zigbee #smarthome

Je suis en train de regarder les solutions pour monitorer la température intérieure et extérieure, et programmer des réveils d'ouverture de fenêtre pour aérer en cas de canicule.
Je pense utiliser des capteurs zigbee, et un dongle zigbee sur un raspberry pi équipé d'un Home Assistant.
Je pense en profiter pour monitorer d'autres informations, comme par exemple la température ou la charge du serveur qui héberge @pommesdelune

I had picked up an Aqara Wireless Mini Switch to use as a single-button controller to trigger some lighting stuff and it was really easy to pair, and using a Blueprint from the community site, getting the automation going was a breeze. Working well! Makes me happy.

Мой умный дом уже длительное время работает на промышленном контроллере - стабильно, без сбоев и без привязки к облакам. Но с годами технологии изменились: появились новые беспроводные протоколы, веб-интерфейсы, голосовые ассистенты и гибкие сценарии автоматизации. Проблема заключалась не в том, что существующая система устарела, а в том, что она уже не позволяла реализовать многие современные сценарии без серьезной переделки. Передо мной стояла задача не заменить работающую систему, а расширить ее возможности, сохранив все то, что доказало свою надежность. Для этого я создал поверх контроллера современный интеграционный слой. А чтобы полностью отказаться от проприетарного ПО, написал собственный OPC-сервер. В этой статье не только история модернизации моего умного дома, но и попытка показать, какие архитектурные решения, принятые еще в 2011 году, позволили спустя многие годы добавить новые технологии без полной перестройки системы. Надеюсь, этот опыт окажется полезен тем, кто только начинает строить свой умный дом и хочет, чтобы его можно было развивать, а не переделывать через несколько лет.

So, today in #homeAutomation and #homeAssistant adventures I learned about #Zigbee groups.

I have 8x GU10 lamps in our kitchen. They mostly work fine, but every now and again when you give a voice command to turn them on or off one or two of them won’t change state.

While I had a Helper configured in HA to group them together to ease management of them, this still sends a command to each individual lamp, and can lead to delays or missed commands.

So, today in #homeAutomation and #homeAssistant adventures I learned about #Zigbee groups.
