Le grand corbeau présente un plumage irisé aux reflets bleus. Pour rendre cela en aquarelle, j’ai choisi d’appliquer un fond bleu avant toute chose, puis un noir bleuté plein de nuances… 🖌️💙
Cet oiseau mythique est très présent dans le Grand Nord.
Il a d’ailleurs inspiré de nombreuses légendes inuit. Il mesure 66,2 mm de long, 19 mm de large et 3,4 mm d’épaisseur moyenne. Il a été daté de 13 862 ± 129 BP.
