Did you have time to look at this issue?
It's still happening for me with the official Pixelfed app.

i know you do a rewrite of the app. But as this is also happening on 3rd party apps like on @PixelDroid and as it was introduced with v0.12.7 it might be worth to look into it?

(It's luckily not happening on @Pixelix, have you done a workaround @Hiebeler05 ? )

Das geht sogar nicht mal bei anderen Pixelfed servern....

mal schauen was dieser #pixelfedbug jemals behoben wird.

Pixelfed ist eigentlich cool, aber leider steckt der main-Entwickler seine Zeit lieber in loops 🙄

Ich bin auch ziemlich frustriert und rate den Leuten meistens dazu, sich lieber für Mastodon zu entscheiden, obwohl ich selber #pixelfedadmin bin und gerne mehr User hätte. Aber sowas bringt leute vom Fediverse weg, nicht hin!

this pixelfed bug is open since 30.DEC.2022 - so nearly 3 years.

(I don't think it's the most important bug to fix tbh. there are more important bugs and missing features... but I hope it will be done at one point)

Added another pixelfed bug to the github repo, but this time for the pixelfed app.

it's shown in @apps - but @Pixelix and @PixelDroid have both the same problem.

I hope when @dansup is done with the loops federation he will have more time for Pixelfed again ;-)

So, the days when PHP was "my" programming language, is gone for a long time.... (Kotlin (before Java) only at the moment + bash)

But, I guess I will have a look now and then to make small PRs to the Pixelfed project to fix some small bugs.
