First pepper harvest of 2026
I had noticed the Thai chili pepper plant had several peppers growing, but I had not noticed that they were quite large by the end of this week!
Unfortunately I don’t quite live in an area where they will turn red or orange.
The cayenne pepper is growing tall, but hasn’t grown any peppers yet, and the habanero pepper plants are too small yet.
Tomorrow I will try to dehydrate these six in the Ninja flip.
