    Had leftover plain penne from yesterday so for my dinner tonight, I:
    1. added red & green onion to the pan after sautéing the shiitake 🍄 in dark soy sauce, Himalayan salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice
    2. mixed Italian EVOO on pasta before plating (never cook olive oil)
    3. sprinkled black & white toasted sesame seeds on top
