Down from #heimgarten ( more @codestupser s homebase) to #ohlstadt.
Last time I was there, it was an event with colleagues where I didn't have the time for photos. This time it was just me.
I didn't take too many photos but I enjoyed playing around with some flowers here and there. - it's just so different to walk alone than walking in a group.
I think I'll try some more ways up there in the future. It feels like there are also bike & hike opportunities there.

This was a very nice loop between #ohlstadt and #garmischpartenkirchen!
Beautiful views to the #mountains, an excellent way, almost no major roads and we also escaped a little rain shower.When heading back, we made a little stop at the Promberger Hof for some cake and coffee 😍 with quite a gorgeous view.
Now thinking again about installing wanderer.to 🤔. Just requires a new mini computer as I didn't want to have it all online.

Eine seltene #Tonerdhummel-Königin wurde erstmals in Deutschland gesichtet, nachdem sie die #Alpen überquert hat. Dieser Fund im oberbayerischen #Ohlstadt ist ein wissenschaftlicher Erfolg für das #CitizenScience-Projekt "Hummel-Challenge". Die Entdeckung könnte auf klimabedingte Veränderungen in den Verbreitungsgebieten hinweisen. Weitere Studien sollen klären, ob die Art sich dauerhaft in Deutschland ansiedeln wird.
