This year we’re making our own New Year’s Eve dinner! It’s going to be a fancy Italian-style lasagne with homemade sauces and handmade noodles (with the help of the pasta-rollers on our Kitchenaid). Here’s one of the first steps: turning a lump of handmade dough into one gorgeous lasagne noodle. /1

I've decided that my New Year's Resolutions are:
1) Have more fun
2) Attend Lincoln Pride
3) Learn to upcycle my broken jewellery including making new stretch bracelets
4) Visit more places around the UK!
