No, not that NRA (although f**k them too). I'm talking about the National Restaurant Association who has been lobbying for decades to keep tipped workers from receiving the same minimum wage guarantees that other workers have. Their arguments to keep it that way are bogus and easily disproved by looking at States that require all workers to get a high minimum wage.
Chicago is going to fix that despite the NRA.
