@peterbrown Sainsbury's and Facewatch deny this is a computer error. Unfortunately, after the Post Office scandal, I for one am not remotely inclined to believe them. People seem to find it incredibly hard to believe technology can go wrong, or even acknowledge that it might, and common sense goes out of the window. Black becomes white. It's infuriating!
