#Work today is only wanted by a #system because the exchange for money which does keep many values.Money is a stripped version of all energy which further strips a lot of things when overall work turn into #monowork or #matrix #mentality and doesn't incorporate caring or it's workers direction and puts profit 1st to 100th as priority & #logic.
Strip the care out and get material (mostly), not the mind work evolution needs.

#ANSWER = Make it people orientated / personally interactiveTo really catch everything... and even avoid making #movements as #monowork ...then get to know people and watch things flood in.
Why many movements / account don't do #interaction is a wonder if they are really passionate.
It's PEOPLE and not even the #computers or #software that are THE problem - people are also the place of #improvement.
(I sent you another longer comment about #RMS just now which you can follow that hashtag to see in more detail about that constant good work often overlooked but related to your #question).
Expecting people to join #Microsoft github to contribute is for example just as stupid / narrow minded as it's not for everyone and avoids even #newbees or uneducated to see / do better at lower levels of joining / operating fields. Using everyone is best.

Quick reply, depends on who we consider fascist.
But the lower levels of fascism which I think is everywhere (and overlooked by those asking) consider these examples and let me know what you think os my take on it as it's not always people in black boots or militia as we know today:
EXAMPLE
As example below and more prevalent at lower level + back by #state and other subsidiary #companies:➡️ I think my mum was fascist of various sorts:
- over-cleaning and too sterile
+ didn't know what to do otherwise with herself
- a bit of a #Hitler reaction when challenged (like "measurably you did this 5 hours ago and almost not been here much ever since) but #no room for #choice
+ and even aggressive or more provokable
+ #psychological #questions were there (didn't know what else to do but take this position of #cleaning etc / #monowork / #workaholism / non #diversity
+ she was using spray guns (like real #guns on people) but even the friendly is prossibele #bacteria)
+ #chemicals were bought by the trolley load and fund pollution and even #climatechange with #sprays etc
+ toxic stuff created by SmithKleinBeecham etc which are #polluting things and #toxic to #earth / nature and #habitat as #planet
+ few other things that touches on similar #fascism which is more strictly #state backed / #government #authoritarian #hierarchyImagine now all the mums, dads paying for shit and doing shit like this over cleaning while paying for it / helping state profit... sounds much closer now with these list of points with keywords (hashtags)... A sloopy
