I've been trying to unsubscribe from a Microsoft mailing list for months now. Likely the employee monitoring the #MicrosoftForms responses has been laid off. Now, I saw the same issue for the same list from 2 years ago.

Profits over people, year after year, rinse and repeat.

The "fun" part is how this should be the easiest automation to build in the world. Even AI should manage it with ease.

Or, you know, use a mailing tool with built-in #unsubscribe feature for official #Microsoft comms.😏
