@crumbleneedy Personally, I'm a big fan of #Memmy and #Voyager.
There's a lot of options also currently in TestFlight like #Bean that look really promising.

Is #lemmy.world having issues with the login? #Fediverse #memmy

Right. Help an ignoramus out. What’s the difference between Lemmy and Kbin? I’m using #Memmy for #Lemmy, and now #Artemis for #kbin. Load them up and lo and behold they show exactly the same posts? I was expecting completely different federated “galaxies”. Do I just.. use a single app now? I thought the services were different but hell, I’ve been plenty misguided in the past..

I’ve posted this defect to #Memmy twice if not thrice, and now I see #Artemis doing it too. How hard is it to just use line-height: auto; or at least make it user configurable. Completely triggers me.
Great that the apps are free but good god, bring on the competitors. I’m glad as hell that Reddit and Apollo still work. You heard me - Apollo still works, long as your phone is jailbroken. #monaapp is still the gold standard with fedi-apps, hoping other apps will get just as polished one day.
-
Yet another #Memmy release where they haven’t fixed the line height for titles despite me asking multiple times about it. Pity there aren’t any workable alternatives.
-
I wonder how many requests to the #Memmy developer for fixing the line height for post titles it will take before the line height for post titles is actually fixed.

#Lemmy client update: if you are looking for an Apollo-like experience, #Memmy @memmy is currently the best client out there.
I can even forget its built in React Native. 🥲 Great job!

I saved a link to Lemmy as a bookmark on my iPhone screen and it saves me a couple of taps over opening it in safari.
However, when it opens, for some reason the address bar at the bottom is disabled. Is the intent to disguise it as an app? The problem is that it hides the ‘share’ option, bookmarks, back button etc.
I have an app, #memmy, but that is in a state of flux and doesn’t seem to have a share option yet.
I’ve implemented an iOS share option and I am aware how much googling it takes since apple don’t seem to believe in example code. And then repeat for macOS, where the share api is similar but different. I think apples notorious internal secrecy includes the iOS and macOS teams.

iOS folks; It's time to get going on #lemmy - the new app is #memmy and it works pretty darned good. I've been enjoying my time on #lemmyworld and I hardly miss that other site.

If an #apollo like client was keeping you from trying #lemmy, definitely give #memmy on #iOS a try. it has the same layout and feel as apollo. Devs did great work :) pushed me to switch

does anybody know how to join communities on other instances on #memmy ? for some reason I can't seem to figure it out 😕 I have tried searching for the community ID but it just says can't find anything

If anyone is looking for a good iOS app for Lemmy, I highly recommend the new Memmy app that got released this week and keeps getting better.
The dev team is cranking out improvements on beta on a daily basis and is super responsive to feedback on both GitHub and the Memmy community. I’ve really enjoyed seeing this app come to fruition over the past few weeks
