    So, is there any reason you can't use the portal to go from any planet in the galaxy to any other, one second in the past? #teleportation

    Or, once Reginald Barclay had established communication with #Voyager, have the crew of that ship stop at some named planet, and have the Time Portal open a passage to them there, so someone could step through and lead them home?
