I happily joined #MedMastodon #Medodon 2 weeks ago & am grateful to find the former #medtwitter community here & finally deactivated from Ye Olde Bird App #twittermigration but still having trouble searching hashtags outside this server unless they are trending.

For example, I’m trying to reconnect w #Grogu #kanthony fans here & apparently I’m the only med-mastodon user tweeting about them 🤣

Might try out different apps later, but any suggestions for now?

#medmastadon #medodon Using hashtags to increase the likelihood that Mastodon's medical community will see the above question. These are the only generic medical hashtags I know.

There are also various specific ones: #COVID19 #CovidIsAirborne #CovidIsNotOver

I've yet to see which ones get more traction.

...and I see the doctors appear to be using #Medodon and #MedMastodon
