That's cosmological multiverse. Eternal inflation. Untestable. Unfalsifiable.
Many-worlds is different — a quantum mechanics interpretation. Also unfalsifiable.
Both are philosophy wearing equations.
Intelligent design is the answer.

The point is that Quantum weirdness does have its own self contained systematics and framework.We can harness some of the magic to do useful work.It is a thing well worth struggling with. There is plenty in there you can bang on and ideas you can eventually test. QM is sturdy stuff irrespective of worldviews and possible futures -
