So someone recommend cassava chips, which I made last week (from frozen cassava) I followed the instructions then.
Last night I thought let’s defrost and air fry because I wasn’t happy with the texture. So did that, then air fried this morning to test.

The starchy tuberous root is edible, and a major source of carbohydrates. -
