I DON’T WANT TO LIVE ON THIS PLANET ANYMORE.
$7 is a LOW PRICE for bacon?!?! #Loblaws and #GalenWestonJr you can fuck RIGHT OFF.
Also, I KNOW that the PC brand bacon size shrunk by 25g in the past 6 months, because I found the old packaging on clearance and I bought as much as I was allowed to. lol

I know that it now says 2-pack, but look at the weight for the items — it’s still 200-244g, and the price has gone up $2 in literally just one month.
Meanwhile, I still think it’s a fucking travesty that they’re charging more than $3 for one. This is INSANE.

Got my covid + flu vaccine yesterday at Rexall. Booked for 2 people on their online portal, showed up at our local pharmacy, got it done in 15 minutes.
Very easy and quick, highly recommend if this isn't done yet!
Until recently, Loblaws had been devoting a full page of its weekly flyer to brand rehabilitation.
I found this hilarious.
They have now stopped and this makes me sad.
It's time to reinvigorate the protest. #BoycottLoblaws. Bring me joy.
Galen Weston is THE GOUGER! #loblaws #LoblawsIsOutOfControl

@the_905er @thecriermedia “…The subreddit community, #LoblawsIsOutOfControl is organizing a nationwide boycott of the country’s largest supermarket conglomerate. What started as a small protest against the rising cost of groceries, has turned into a national movement of ordinary Canadians trying to send a message to the corporations that control food in this country. Canadians aren’t going to take it anymore….”
Music to my ears.
... and that's one way to do it. More people need to do so.

Adventures at the grocery store. Cold cuts for $9/100g (😵💫) and Western Family ( = store brand) products with no price tag.
Seeing this lack of pricing information more and more. Is this a trick to get us to buy the store brand without knowing what the product actually costs? Since we assume it's cheaper than the brand products? Is this legal? Or just the store I go to being lazy?
Like yes #LoblawsIsOutOfControl, but this isn't much better....
This month's credit card bill consisted of three trips to the grocery store and two stops at the gas station. Nothing extraneous, nothing frivolous. But the total is so high I had to do a mental tabulation to ensure it wasn't a mistake.
My nearest supermarket is a Maxi. My closest gas station is an Esso.
Both are Weston-owned.

It shouldn’t be too hard for me to boycott Loblaws, since I don’t grocery shop much anymore. Alt Grocery has me covered if I do need something for the pantry (or, more likely, snacks). #LoblawsIsOutOfControl https://www.altgrocery.ca
