After some light digging, I figured out what was confusing us last week with center cropping, and with a small adjustment, I have it working! Let's get to writing some tests today and get the patch up for review!

We got some review feedback on our center-cropping label patch. Let's factor those changes in, get a new revision up for review, and then (hopefully) start the work of porting the downloads panel UI to using it!
