Meanwhile, I found the perfect solution: @planifyapp

Planify supports reccurring tasks and is just overall pretty nice. I use it to work through a daily checklist and keep track of weekly and monthly tasks. It also works really well as a scratchpad for other little backlog todos. It's getting a ton of great updates recently.

It really encourages you to think about *when* you plan to do something. That really helps me a lot.

  13. I do agree with @mwb that moving to codeberg would have been a smart incentive for the #python community.

That's on my #TODO for months. Should take time to move.

  18. I also want to share a to-do list tip for those of you who have trouble staying focused on tasks that need to be completed.

If you keep a daily list — I do — break down tasks into smaller component tasks. For example, instead of "organize studio," I broke that down today into three individual tasks: clear bench, clear high table, clear big table. This can turn an overwhelming task into achievable, bite-size pieces. I also find it very satisfying (or rewarding?) to check items off. #ToDo

  23. @ErikJonker Correct, it is even a bit cheaper per month compared to Claude or Gemini but it misses text-to-video atm. I need to validate how #Mistral performs to support coding.

  34. Unfortunately @OmniFocus doesn't have a Linux App (and i don't want to use the webclient w/ a seperate subscription by the way...)

So i'm looking for a cross platform taskmanager, with end-to-end encrypted sync.
Anyone in the Fediverse found a good App?

I tried Superproductivity, but the sync was horrible, and the app is buggy ':(
    Plus points for a non-US app... #eu #DigitalSovereignty
