Can someone explain today’s Hachette v. Internet Archive ruling to me as someone who’s not that familiar with the US legal system?

• Is there a further judicial instance that the case could still go to?
• Does the decision mean that IA cannot lend out these publishers’ books at all? Or can they still lend to one patron at a time? Or only to print disabled patrons?
