Apparently I'm going to keep highlighting failures of #LaVuelta organizers, but this corner cutting back right where the riders would come out of the apex of that penultimate blind corner seems like an absurdly obvious flaw.
The high-speed bunch crash at 4k to go looked pretty bad, I'm really heartbroken for Bryan Coquard, it looks like he's out of the race, and Buitrago went down hard and lost a lot of time.

An exciting stage today, I love a mountaintop finish, but once again, the Vuelta organizers keep snatching defeat from the jaws of victory with that tiny space after the finish and Remco's crash. 🤦♂️ Glad he's okay, though, and looking forward to the fierce competition in the next three weeks.
