Same here. I was an only child & #latchkey kid & grew up learning how to mind my own company & do almost everything alone, which made me very independent.

Was married for 25 yrs & have had a couple of other LT relationships (7 & 13 yrs). So, I know how to do things with others but my default is to always think in terms of doing things alone.

PS: I also used to go on long solo motorcycle trips through the western US/Canada & northern Mexico. Not too many women that I knew who road motorcycles, let alone by themselves.

#Djembe Orchestras of #Colorado #Performed for about an hour and then we invited the audience members to join us for a drum circle.

We raised $1500 for neighborhood #latchkey kids (after school snacks and activities) and we raised some awareness of the joys of #drumming with others.
