National #JewishAdvocacy Center (#NJAC) announced a lawsuit against #AssociatedPress (#AP) for material support of #terrorism for buying photos from alleged #Hamas linked #freelancers, including award winning #Gaza journalists who are accused of knowing ahead of time about the October 7 massacres. The suit sought damages under the Anti-Terrorism Act and was filed in Southern District of #Florida on behalf of #Israeli-Americans who were survivors, family of victims, or those displaced after the attack.
