Not that you can see the dangmyeon under all the veg, but it is there! Friday night is Asian night with #Korean #japchae (made with broccoli instead of Shiitake because Richard doesn’t do mushrooms). Japchae is made with sweet potato vermicelli (dangmyeon glass noodles) available from any good Asian shop and for me, vegetables, Quorn pieces & soy/mirin based sauce. Fused here with Japanese Sochimi Togorashi-sprinkled corn cob side #asianfood #foodporn #fridaynight #vegetarian #vegan #recipe
