  1. After our lengthy threads yesterday about #banchan, #kimchi, and #fermentation, I managed to get 2 styles of cucumbers made. One is 오이무침, seasoned Korean cucumber, and the other is fermenting spicy dill pickles, made with the last of my kimchi brine. Pretty sure I added way too much salt to the first, and too many Alleppo chili flakes to the second, but I'm more likely to eat these than plain old cukes, especially in the quantity I received.
    Today is also meant to be #borscht day, but I'm struggling with vertigo, so I've been watching #kdrama (Sh**ting Stars) instead.
