Worst part of this is its likely these #builders in #Ipswich didn't even set out to be cowboys or scammers - more likely they are crap at communication and planning (and maybe taking on jobs beyond their capabilities) so customers understandably think they are dodgy when they run into problems halfway through a job (and then ask for more money as they didn't give a proper quotation at the start)

Even the Crown Court cases I read seem to start off with legit builders who get overwhelmed (it wouldn't be easy or even possible to LARP as a builder if you know completely jack shit about the work and have 0 tools / van etc)

This is a #Ferodo bridge, (I had to drive to this end of town for the dentist) there are a few of these across the country but some have been painted over as Network Rail don't want to give free advertising to a private company (Ferodo still exist and make brake pads and discs for vehicles, thankfully with 0 asbest these days)
