I must to move my hosting from Ipage to some other host (because it appears that they simply don't update their PHP version). If you have a Wordpress site and like your host, please share who you're using.

Wow. I've been using #iPage for #webhosting for years now and the rate has been reasonable. Just got a renewal notice: a 266% increase!! I chatted with an agent who offered a slight reduction to 240%. Sheesh. I like having my little websites but it's not like they ever brought in much biz or traffic. Maybe time to let them go?

@joepie91 @kelbot @freakazoid #Consolidation and #enshittification has been happening all over the #WebHosting and #domain market. For example, all of the following are just brands of #NewfoldDigital:
#Bluehost
Web.com
#NetworkSolutions (original pre-#ICANN gTLD monopoly)
#HostGator (where I worked)
Register.com
Domain.com
#CrazyDomains
#Markmonitor
#ResellerClub
#iPage
#BigRock
#SiteBuilder
#Vodien
#Yoast
#Yith
#BuyDomains
#SnapNames
#NameJet
#Freeparking…
