On On to Oslo!
Friday is when the weekend starts, so it was also the day when the InterScandi hash event started! That meant I had to get train to Oslo first, and kicked it off with a little pub crawl.

Battleship for Beginners
Sleeping anywhere but home is always a challenge, but after a shaken night on a sleeper train, that night in a completely dark, immovable bed at Citybox Stockholm was pure bliss… Ready for a well-filled day!

Heading North!
All packed again, and back on the rails, all the way up North to Scandinavia this time! To get there would take me two Deutsche Bahn ICEs—what could possibly go wrong?—and for the very first time an SJ EuroNight sleeper train.

SJ gave me quite a fright today, with a mail and text message (no app notification though?) about my upcoming Hamburg-Stockholm train trip being rebooked and my breakfast cancelled!
Turns out quite well in the end: my sleeper train—breakfast still included—will arrive in Göteborg later, so I can sleep in, and the mentioned cancelled breakfast was the (2nd) one on the rebooked connecting train, simply because they don’t serve breakfast after 11AM…
