Bodø – město, odkud pluje trajekt na Lofoty. Město, kde jsme před brzkým ranním vyplutí přespali. Město, které bylo prakticky srovnáno se zemí při náletu Luftwaffe roku 1940. Město, které pomohla znovu vybudovat švédská vláda, proto se mu někdy říká Svenskebyen, Švédské město. Bodø, sámsky Bådáddjo, bylo po tisíciletí domovem Sámů, než se roku 1816 stalo oficiálním norským městem. Viděli jsme z něj prd, leda molo při nájezdu na trajekt. To víte, časový pres. Těžko si plánujete dopředu, kdy do Bodø přijedete, vždyť je to přes 3000 km. Takže ráno před pátou budíček, snídaně, hlavně kafe a šup na trajekt.
Během plavby se rozpršelo a pršet přestalo až někdo kolem druhé odpoledne. A to už jsme za sebou měli takovou na první pohled jednoduchou procházku kolem jezera Ågvatnet v rezervaci Lofotodden Nasjonalpark. Pršelo. Ne, spíš lilo. Oblékli jsme si nepromokavou bundu, přes ní pončo, pevné kožené boty a tradá na první výšlap na Lofotech. Asi sedm kilometrů. Chvíli jsme se snažili moc se nenamočit, ale ono to nešlo. Skála klouzala, kořeny klouzaly, voda z nebe, voda z jezera, voda ze stromů a z trávy, bahno až za ušima. Pochopili jsme, že Lofoty nebudou jednoduché a že vzdálenost se na prosté kilometry nedá měřit. To jezero bylo nekonečné. Ale extrémně krásné. Nikde nikdo, jen my a mlha, na protějším břehu osamělá hytte, chata, norský fenomén. Teď už mi docházejí znaky, tak se o hytte a pobytu na čerstvém vzduchu rozepíšu jindy.
Parkovali jsme v městečku Å, nejspíš nejkratší název, se kterým se kdy potkám. Moc jsme z něj neviděli, stále pršelo, z bot jsme vylili litry vody a bahna, asi špatná impregnace, nohy nás bolely, kterak jsme lozili po skalách kolem Ågvatnet. Ale byli jsme šťastní, že jsme na Lofotech, že se nezozbilo auto, že tu máme asi čtyři dny času a že se na obloze v mracích ukazují první modré díry.

Voor het eerst sinds 1988 rijden er #Treinen tussen #Finland en #Zweden. Voorheen moesten reizigers per #Taxi of #Bus de grens oversteken. De nieuwe lijn herstelt de verbinding tussen Finland en de rest van het Europese #Spoornet.
