My first run since July... time to pull my finger out... AGAIN!
Nice and easy to get backinto it, but I did actually really enjoy that! #TommyRivs programs on #iFit are great. Very motivational.
Mind you, I'll have to try an outdoor run next time. The other half wants to start her #CouchTo5k again, so I'll join her. 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️ 😉
