Another run this afternoon. Barely made it above the fog, but we did get some sun. Now down in the cloud again.

Ein weiterer Lauf heute Nachmittag. Schafften es nur knapp über den Nebel, doch etwas Sonne bekamen wir ab. Jetzt sind wir wieder in der grauen Suppe.

When I went out there was thick fog outside, so decided to go up instead of down. No regrets.

Es war dichter Nebel, als ich vor die Türe ging. So entschied ich mich für eine Strecke hoch statt runter. War ein guter Entscheid.

I’d like to get back into #HillRunning this year, the last few years have been very lean due to a recurring injury I picked up in 2017 (but it was worth it, https://aye.tf/2017/06/12/eagle-rock-and-ben-more-assynt/). Some unfinished business there … at some point before I get too decrepit I’d like to run the #TrantersRound, and the #CapeWrathTrail unsupported, for that’s the purest form of the game. The former is realistic, the latter perhaps not, but what’s the point of aspiration if the goal is clearly obtainable?
