Thoughts on the politics and practicalities of Medicare: Traditional v Advantage?
Half of my friends on Medicare are on KaiserAdvantage, and say it's fine, they are happy with it.
This is a little surprising to me, since they are leftists, and I know part of Project 2025 is a plan to drive everyone into an Advatage plan as a further step to privatizing the whole thing.
On the other hand, Portland, OR is an unusually difficult place to find a primary care physician who takes traditional medicare and is accepting new patients (https://academic.oup.com/healthaffairsscholar/article/4/3/qxag054/8511516)
It may be that the choice in practice is a 6-of-one/half-dozen-of-the-other sort of thing. (As argued here: https://www.kff.org/medicare/a-review-of-62-studies-finds-few-big-differences-between-traditional-medicare-and-medicare-advantage-on-a-variety-of-measures/) (Or maybe not, since that is a KFF review, and maybe the wall between Kaiser & the Foundation is leaky).

Contact your state reps and governor to let them know you support raising taxes on the rich and corporations!
Support the groups working to make sure we have health care and day care and all the good things the federal government will not do because it's too busy killing people.
