Latino-owned #SmallBusiness are concentrated in #construction, #transportation, #warehousing, and #WasteManagement, with about half in just three sectors.

These are exactly the sectors where #water costs and regulations matter.

I created it for business, finance, and policy audiences which use it extensively, but readers also apply it to personal issues (to my great surprise and delight).
