We're deeply concerned about the abuse management and prevention policies of @cloudflare, a leading content delivery network. For years, cybercriminals have been exploiting Cloudflare's services to conceal their malicious activities, posing a significant threat to internet security.

As of today, Cloudflare is associated with 1201 unresolved Spamhaus Blocklist listings and accounts for 10.05% of all domains on the Spamhaus Domain Blocklist.

Spamhaus threat researchers are observing that two ASNs you are connecting to the internet are displaying signals that they are being used for bulletproof hosting:

AS394711, which is allocated to Limenet LLC, and,
AS42624, which is allocated to Simple Carrier LLC.

As a result, all IP ranges announced by AS394711 and AS42624 have been listed in one of our protective datasets: DROP (https://www.spamhaus.org/blocklists/do-not-route-or-peer/). This has serious implications, as a number of global mail exchanges, DNS resolvers, routers and firewalls will drop all connections associated with any of these IPs.

We have sent notifications of this issue to your trust and safety desk, but we haven’t had a response. The details of the issue can be found here:

❗ Researchers at Spamhaus have identified an abuse problem for Internet Backbone and Colocation Provider, Hurricane Electric relating to AS394711, allocated to New Hampshire-based Limenet LLC.

Spamhaus currently assesses that Limenet is a bulletproof hosting operation; consequently, all prefixes announced by AS394711 are listed in DROP.
