As part of my #adhd journey I started to take stimulant medication, which led me to want to reduce my #coffee intake.
With that in mind, I started trying out #tea, which I almost hadn't had since my trip to China (company coffee was bad, green tea and jasmine tea were much better).
And what a nice experience it has been. If half a year ago someone told me I'd be drinkning green tea with roasted whole-grain rice (#genmaicha) I'd have laughed about the idea, but it's one of my main drivers nowadays.
