Similar to the previous post, tonight I tried out "Ultimate Plant-Based Ground Be’f Crumbles" from #Gardein. On the recommendation of someone on the fedi, I used it in tacos. It was pretty good for that use case. Once again texture was the biggest giveaway, but it wasn't as large of a departure as the Simulate chicken nuggets.

I love croutons in my soup but my homemade ones were never quite right. My friend MB was talking about her croutons this morning so I asked, and she told me the method she uses to make hers. I switched up the seasonings to what I had in the cupboard and they are SO GOOD! Thanks MB!
