    In 2025 everyone plays daily on mobile, but how players discover games, stay engaged, and spend money still depends heavily on culture.

    🇯🇵🇰🇷 In the East:
    – fewer games
    – deeper loyalty
    – story, events, characters and exclusivity matter

    For indie developers, this is not trivia.
    It’s the difference between churn and longevity.

    Counter-point: isn't setting some regional prices as low as -70% of the base price encouraging grey market and VPN use even further?

    Or alternatively, utilizing harsh regional locks (like Netflix does)...
