We're long past due for having women on the grid in Forumla 1. Hopefully Doriane will be one of the first. She certainly impressed on her first run in a real F1 car. Not a detuned demo car but Lewis Hamilton’s actual championship W12. A lot of skilled drivers struggle just getting these F1 cars moving without stalling them but Doriane took to the car like she was born in it.

To be honest, I care little for F1 but I keep seeing that they don’t like all the complexity of hybrid power. I have a solution…
Go back to V8 or even V10 cars for most of the season. Make the noise and have fun. BUT six races in the middle of the season are competed on purely EV power.
If some bloke in Birmingham can rip the old V8 out of a classic car and fit an EV power option, I’m sure Ferrari can!!
