Formula 1 confirms that the Bahraini 🇧🇭 and Saudi Arabian 🇸🇦 Grand Prix will not happen in April this year. Their calendar slots are not being filled.
Also, interestingly, the races are not officially cancelled.

If we learned nothing else from today’s #BahrainGP #F1 snooze fest, we learned that firing popular and competitive driver #Riccardo was not the problem with #McLaren, the problem is all they know how to do is build super-fast toys for the filthy rich. Time to retire the team from the grid.

Disappointed for #GeorgeRussell that his #W14’s race pace wasn’t great today. Hopefully they got some good data on the long runs and the tyre deg to come back stronger next race. #LewisHamilton stronger than George but still off pace. I’m doubtful upgrades will fix the problem.
#FernandoAlonso and Aston Martin really shined today and could really shake things up if their performance continues.
