@pluralistic and others make the argument that #predictionmarkets create a perverse incentive to cause catastrophes and make money off of predicting them.
But surely there's an equal incentive to make money off of not causing or preventing them.
Why would there be bias one way or another?
I'm not an economist, so it's likely I'm missing something here.
