I did more baking today; mini rolls made with a sourdough focaccia dough, with a wash off maple syrup (& water) and sesame seeds.
These are for my friends here, who will be leaving for Switzerland on Wednesday, to overwinter in a house with central heating and proper insulation.
These are rolls for the road. I'll freeze them when they've cooled off sufficiently and take them out when my friends leave. -
