The #CollegeBoard, a powerful nonprofit, has been waging war w/ the administration of Gov Ron #DeSantis, a #Republican, since earlier this year when his admin rejected the College Board’s new #AfricanAmericanStudies course. The #curriculum included topics such as “#QueerStudies,” #reparations & the #BlackLivesMatter movement, & the admin objected, citing a #FloridaLaw limiting how #racism & other aspects of #history are taught in #PublicSchool.
