Das Akustik-Gitarrenfestival
Das Linz Guitar Festival bietet erneut österreichischen und internationalen Künstler*innen eine Plattform, die verschiedenen Facetten der Gitarrenkunst interessierten Zuhörer*innen zu präsentieren. Die Mischung aus bekannten Gitarrenvirtuos*innen und aufstrebenden Talenten zeichnet das von Marcus Doneus ins Leben gerufene Festival seit Jahren aus und ist nicht nur für eingefleischte Gitarrenfans sehens- und hörenswert.
Am Freitagabend eröffnen Thomas Leeb (AT/US), Sophie Chassée (DE) und die Preisträgerinnen von Prima La Musica Florentina Haick und Katharina Antoni das Festival. Der deutsche YouTube-Star Sophie Chassée und der groove- und melodiegewaltige Thomas Leeb sind beide ein Garant für einen fulminanten und abwechslungsreichen Abend.
Am Festival-Samstag sorgen Adam Rafferty (US), Kristina Vårlid (NOR) und Christian Zack (DE) für einen großartigen Abend. Kristina Vårlid gilt als eines der Aushängeschilder der norwegischen Klassik-Gitarre und ist bekannt für ihre außergewöhnliche Kunst und emotionale Tiefe in der Musik. Sowohl der aus Deutschland stammende Christian Zack als auch der auf YouTube und diversen sozialen Medien weltbekannte Adam Rafferty sind zwei arrivierte Vertreter der Fingerstyle-Szene, deren fesselnde Darbietungen sowohl im In- wie auch im Ausland regelmäßig die Herzen ihrer Zuhörer*innen erobern.Pro Nachmittag ab 14:00 wird ein Workshop für alle Interessierten und Niveaus angeboten:

Beppe Gambetta ist ein 1955 in Genua (Italien) geborener Gitarrist, Sänger, Forscher und Komponist, der einen Konzertstil entwickelt hat, der amerikanische und europäische Wurzeln mit einer Stimme zum Sprechen bringt. In seinem einzigartigen Ansatz mischt Gambetta energiegeladene Grooves mit leidenschaftlichen Melodien und erweckt Quellen aus verschiedenen Zeiten, Epochen und Orten zu neuem Leben. Darüber hinaus verleiht die von ihm komponierte Originalmusik der traditionellen Roots-Musik zeitgenössische Einflüsse.

Am 23.10.2025 gibt es das erste Gitarrekonzert der neuen Saison in der Tribüne Linz!
Don Ross und Julie Malia, hierzulande auch bekannt als Jule Malischke, touren gemeinsam auf beiden Seiten des Atlantiks. Don hat eine ganze Generation von Gitarristen beeinflusst. Kaum ein anderer hat es dermaßen drauf, so entspannt funky Grooves abzufeuern. Julie bewegt sich mit ihrem brillanten Gitarrenspiel scheinbar mühelos zwischen konzertanter Gitarrenliteratur, perkussiven Fingerstyle-Arrangements und gesungenen Liedern.
Das international gefeierte Gitarren-Duo spielt erstmals gemeinsam in der Tribüne Linz.

Am 23.10.2025 gibt es das erste Gitarrekonzert der neuen Saison in der Tribüne Linz!
Don Ross und Julie Malia, hierzulande auch bekannt als Jule Malischke, touren gemeinsam auf beiden Seiten des Atlantiks. Don hat eine ganze Generation von Gitarristen beeinflusst. Kaum ein anderer hat es dermaßen drauf, so entspannt funky Grooves abzufeuern. Julie bewegt sich mit ihrem brillanten Gitarrenspiel scheinbar mühelos zwischen konzertanter Gitarrenliteratur, perkussiven Fingerstyle-Arrangements und gesungenen Liedern.
Das international gefeierte Gitarren-Duo spielt erstmals gemeinsam in der Tribüne Linz.
