#JackSmith' #FinalReport goes on to say that the charges were adjusted following the #SCotUS ruling to comply with the "Unofficial Acts" qualification of presidential immunity, and had T**** not won re-election, he would have been prosecuted and likely convicted.
The incentive of T****'s cabal (the REAL "#DeepState") to suppress #Democratic votes and steal the election was immense.

TRANSLATION: If #SCotUS hadn't changed the law in mid-investigation, T**** would have been charged and convicted (highlighting the disastrous consequences of #Garland's delay.) T**** didn't formally announce he was running until mid '22.

I'M STILL READING #JackSmith's #FinalReport, but a personal aside:
T**** was REPEATEDLY told he lost and that there were NO significant anomalies that would change the outcome of the election", yet he kept telling people there were.
PERSONALLY, I believe the reason he was so desperate to stay in power is b/c he was terrified #Biden would toss his ass in jail (pre-#Jan6, so what more crimes was he afraid would come out?) 🤔
It's why he didn't stay for the inauguration & left DC at 11:55am.
