I also see at least two kinds of #community sense: formal and informal.
Last summer, I tried to grapple with the various public emergencies I saw playing out, and wondered if the absence of formal community work ("#civics") was to blame.
I've come to believe that formal community work is at least one piece of the puzzle, and I wrote this:
